ADMISSIONS
If your pre-school child was born between 1st September 2015 and 31st August 2016 then you will
need to make an application for a full-time school place for your child for September 2020.
The closing date for applications is Wednesday 15th January 2020.
The best way to access the application form is at www.suffolk.gov.uk/admissions. The process is secure, convenient and easy to use. If you do not have internet access at home then you can use the internet at the local library. Alternatively you can apply on a paper CAF1 application form.
Pupils will not be allocated a school place automatically. All parents/carers must apply for a place, even if your child is already attending a nursery class in a primary school, pre-school or a children’s centre next to a school site.
If you are interested in coming to Snape Primary why don't you come and have a look round Snape? Give us a ring on 01728 688373 and we'll arrange a tour and you can meet the amazing children at our school (and our team too!)
Mrs Hurren can provide you with all the necessary forms OR you can use the link below which will take you directly to the site where you can find out everything you need to know to apply online.

For new Reception aged children we offer three introductory sessions (one including lunch) so pupils can have a taster of coming to school and meet their teacher and the other new children. We also offer an informal meeting for parents to meet our Reception Class teacher to find out more about the first year of school for their child and ask any questions.
For children in all other year groups and for those joining us during the school year please apply by completing an "In Year Application" form. Come and get one from Mrs Hurren in the office or on-line using the following link.

We follow the oversubscriptions criteria as set out by Schools Admissions. Please see the "Schools in Suffolk" booklet for more details.
